The Philosophy behind this work…

Everything in the natural world is interconnected - including our body - with all parts belonging to the whole.
The balance of female reproductive hormones is a delicate one, and with increasing pressures such as: soil nutrient depletion, environmental endocrine disrupting chemicals, increasingly evasive and addictive technology, long unsustainable work hours, and lack of supportive community, many women are left feeling overwhelmed, burnt out and disconnected from their body.

Hormonal Imbalance can look like:

  • PMS/PMDD

  • Fibroids

  • Endometriosis

  • PCOS

  • Infertility

  • Menstrual cycle irregularities

Getting to the Root Cause

In today’s world, we are taught to view our cycle as a ‘burden’, and that to suffer from aggravating hormonal symptoms and experience pain within menstruation is the ‘norm’, only to be treated through medication.
I believe that suffering from awful symptoms that impact your quality of life is not ‘normal’ and that these symptoms are indicative of some deeper underlying imbalance which needs addressing. Great health is not just the absence of disease, and it’s my job to keep asking ‘why’ until we’ve found the root cause behind your symptoms.

We will work together alongside, rather than against, your body’s natural cycles and rhythms, to restore hormonal balance, optimise fertility and enhance vitality. Instead of viewing your body as an enemy that is constantly betraying and failing you in your day to day life, I will encourage and guide you to start listening to what your body is actually trying to tell you. Through working together, I will teach you how to nourish your body with the specific and unique nutrients it is asking for. Food is information on a deep cellular level. This shift in attitude helps develop a self-awareness and trust in your own capacity to create impactful and sustainable changes in your own health.

With Education comes Empowerment

Educating women on how to eat and live more in sync with their menstrual cycle is a vital part of what I do. I believe that a healthy menstrual cycle is the foundation for fertility. I am passionate about more and more women understanding that their relationship with their cycle has an interconnected relationship with nature’s own cycles.

I use an integrative ‘mind-body-soul’ approach, and love working in collaboration with other professionals and businesses within the health and wellness world. Any referrals I provide are based on sharing a similar ethos and principles.
